Recruiting & Candidate Experience: You control the entire application process – from job alerts to work council hearing and recruitment. You will always find the right sound: you communicate with our advertisers, whether by email, phone or in a personal conversation. Social Media Recruiting & HR Marketing: You're our creative head on social networks and you'll create targeted content (posts, reels, stories) for recruiting and employer branding and implement targeted campaigns. You're proactive about talents. Employment contracts & HR administration: You are looking for application documents, first set up work contracts, and in consultation with the staff management and executives, you are asking for a complete documentation. HR Projects & Development: You will be introducing topics such as onboarding, digitalization, internal HR processes or events – where your strengths lie.

A completed commercial training with a focus on staff, or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you could sniff the first air in the HR area or in the staff service and have the pleasure of generalistic HR tasks – from recruiting to onboarding to administration. Enthusiasm for modern recruiting, social media content and creative personal marketing ideas. Communication strength and an appraisal appearance in cooperation with applicants, employees and executives. Structured, independent working, organisational and self-initiative. You have basic skills in labour law or you want to work here. First experiences in dealing with the works council are a plus point. High social competence, discretion and a good sense of sensitive topics.
