Your tasks

As an IT Service Manager (w/m/d), you act as a central interface for our customers, an international software group, and ensure the highest service quality and customer satisfaction. You contribute significantly to the success of our company with the following tasks:

• Customer relations and process optimization: You act as a link between our customers and employees:inside and driving the continuous improvement of customer relationships and internal processes.
• Strategic development: Together with the account team, you actively develop the respective customer situation, identify requirements, challenges and sales opportunities.
• Contract management: You make sure that contractually agreed services are complied with and high customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Teamwork: You work closely with our Account Management and Delivery Team and identify potentials for expanding the service business.

Your profile

• Experience: You have profound experience in service management and have already been responsible for managed services and professional services deals.
• Analytical skills: You are safe in dealing with profit and loss calculations and KPIs.
• Flexibility: You bring a high degree of flexibility to meet the requirements of a demanding customer.
• Teamplayer: You are a real team player, you can communicate and organize.
• Own responsibility: You value the work in a motivated team and take on high self-responsibility.
• Hybrid work: You appreciate working hybrid – both from home and in the office or with the customer.
• Language skills: You will be happy to communicate in German and without any problems in good English.
