You plan, control and monitor customer orders taking into account capacities, resources and delivery dates You take over the work preparation for our machines and ensure optimal utilization of production capacities You recognize capacity bottlenecks early and develop suitable solutions together with the relevant interfaces You coordinate goods deliveries, storage capacities and material flow and conduct inventory checks, inventory and bookings You are responsible for handling up to shipping including freight-relevant SAP processes as well as the processing of complaints and loan transactions You actively contribute to the further development of processes, planning tools and measures to improve delivery reliability, efficiency and costs Finally, you are responsible for the collection and processing of quality reports
