The MEDICLIN Reha-Zentrum Spreewald in Burg includes a specialist clinic for internal medicine, focusing on diabetics, cardiology and angiology, a specialist clinic for orthopaedics and accident-surgical rehabilitation, as well as a specialist clinic for neurology. The Reha Centre has 271 beds and has around 165 employees.

Your tasks as field management (w/m/d) Ergotherapie: Contact person and interface between the therapy management and the staff of the Department of Ergotherapy Compliance and organisation of the contractually regulated working hours of employees Structure and control of therapy documentation Compliance and control of hygiene standards in the field and the associated treatment rooms Compliance with and implementation of the health and safety provisions laid down by the employer Compliance with data protection regulations Support for medical device officers in compliance with relevant laws Support for the implementation of structural group requirements and revision of internal processes if necessary Contact person for the staff of the department for questions of the daily clinic Your tasks as therapist (w/m/d) Targeted assessment and therapy of neurological diseases to promote orientation in the home area Documentation of patient therapy measures Implementation of individual sensomotor treatments and perception training Carrying and dressing training within the ADL and motor-functional single treatment (Bobath, PNF, Forced used, etc.) Esoglove, IVS3, Nyra health App, Vestibulary therapy are known to you? --> if not, we are pleased to be able to incorporate you into these treatment options Group treatment with regard to cognitive and motor development (e.g. ADL, motor-functional and brain performance training) Aid advice, training and care Participation in regular interdisciplinary team meetings
