Controlling Director (m/f/d)

Strategic partner at eye level: You act as a central contact person for the management in all relevant controlling questions and actively shape the basis of decision. You are responsible for budgeting, forecasting and planning at national and international level. Leadership & Motivator: You guide and motivate your team in a disciplined and professional manner, promote the Bahlsen culture, live our Bahlsen behaviors and ensure strong cohesion and efficient and cooperative interfaces. You develop and implement forward-looking financial analysis and forecasting models, optimize our controlling strategy, processes and systems for efficient corporate management. Consulting & optimization: You secure the processes and secure an optimal and proactive purchasing control, marketing control and product cost control with your team. You implement and establish uniform and efficient processes in commercial controlling at national and international level and ensure optimal business partnering. You work with the CFO trustfully, support the company's strategic and operational orientation and act as a savings partner: in all controlling and financial matters.

You control the implementation of cost-effectiveness analyses for investment decisions and bring a pronounced process thinking and solution orientation. Ideally, you know the peculiarities in the food or consumer goods sector, especially in terms of supply chains, marketing expenditure, pricing and competitive dynamics. Management experience & social competence: You are characterized by high social competence, communication skills, conflict management and experience in managing complex projects (e.g. system implementations, process optimizations). Comprehensive financial knowledge: You have basic knowledge of accounting (HGB/IFRS) and cost accounting as well as expertise in the development and implementation of control instruments (KPI systems, Balanced Scorecard). Negotiating German - and English are of course for you. You bring expertise in SAP S/4HANA and are versed in dealing with BI Tools, Data Governance and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. You are interdisciplinary, show a high self-motivation and fits perfectly with our corporate culture.
