Credit Specialist for Outsourcing Services (m/f/d)

Your tasks with perspectives Focusing on digitization, you are actively driving forward the further development of our services in the private customer business sector for our banks. On behalf of our partner banks, you will work on all relevant tasks relating to private customer credit and construction financing. You develop our highly successful standard process model in the private customer business and align it with the new operating model. You take into account market requirements as well as technological developments and connect yourself proactively and cooperatively with colleagues in the business fields and other areas of expertise. You work in close cooperation with the top management levels of banks and internal and external strategic partners from the cooperative financial group. A readiness to travel about 70 days a year is not a problem for you.

Your personality with profile

You will be awarded a completed business studies and several years of relevant professional experience (2 to 6 years) in the private customer sector or comparable qualification in the banking sector. You have a deep understanding of business processes in the financial sector as well as regulatory frameworks and ideally bring certifications in relevant methods and tools (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean Management, BPMN). You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). You convince with analytical skills and sound knowledge in process modeling and optimization. Your presentation and moderation capabilities as well as your constructive cooperation in interdisciplinary teams with colleagues will be yours.
