Your tasks: You make the difference with us.

• As a Promotion & Customer Activation Manager*in, you are responsible for the sustainable development of our customer base to ensure a future-oriented and profitable development of our online business
• You take over the planning, control and evaluation of promotions and discounts in German online sales.
• With full commitment and high self-initiative, you identify and analyze new potentials, develop appropriate measures and drive their implementation consistently.
• In addition, you guide and coordinate online sales projects for both Germany and international markets and ensure efficient structures and processes.

Your profile: You always reinvent us.

• You have a successfully completed (university) degree in economics or comparable training.
• You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in e-commerce and have profound knowledge of customer development and activation, ideally complemented by experience in controlling .
• Your analytical thinking ability, your strong numerical understanding and the ability to derive action from online KPIs are yours.
• You master MS-Office very safely and communicate in writing and orally fluent in German and English.
• Your strong communication skills, team-oriented personality as well as your convincing appearance and high self-motivation and implementation strength complete your profile.
