You are a central contact person (m/w/d) for customs-related topics that requested the operational process and the forwarding handling of customs shipments. They function in different national and international IT projects, with customs background and ensure the implementation and implementation of internal software requests. In close coordination with the different business areas of land/sea/air, with different departments of the main branch as well as the operating locations, you define the necessary requirements and follow the implementation. They work in a targeted and innovative way in a network of experts at different levels of management and organization as well as with our partners from the corresponding company functions, within the framework of the projects. The planning and implementation of training and the creation of guidelines for the training measures are also part of your tasks.

They bring first experience in the logistics and the processal processes in the operating daily business. Ideally, you have first professional experience in the opartive logic in customs and shipping. In addition, a self-responsible, structured and independent way of working is not an obstacle for you and you can present information creatively. A regamg with MS Office is not a problem for you. They have good English skills in word and writing and are happy to work with different cultures around the world.
