Coordinator in the area of food supply for patients and staff (m/f/d)

As a competent manager, you are part of the food supply unit. Its task is to update and implement diets in the computerised menu collection system, the menu design, its implementation in the menu collection system and the documentation of the internal complaint system. You are responsible for implementing projects of the Food Supply Unit and are involved in the ongoing updating of the department-internal QM system. You carry out instructions from employees in the fields of hygiene, allergen and additive labelling. As a member of the management team, you will be responsible for the interfaces to the operator of the external food distribution centre of the LMU Clinic.

You have a completed training as a dietist (m/w/d). At least five years of practical work experience as a dietary assistant (m/w/d) in the area of hospital / community catering are absolutely necessary. Organisational and planning competence: You have the ability to efficiently control complex operations – both operationally and strategically – and to ensure the smooth running of a university hospital's food supply and continuous process optimization. You have a strong customer and service orientation, the ability to identify customer needs and their targeted processing, as well as the personal willingness to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction through proactive advice and individual solution processing. Flexibility and loadability Stress resistance: You have the ability to react flexibly even under pressure and in crisis situations and to compensate for high loads. Flexibility means for us to be able to implement short-term tasks or new requirements without greater lead time. Loadability is required when high workloads and time pressures occur – the unit management is able to master these stressful phases without losing its leadership and decision-making capability. You have experience with established computer-assisted menu detection systems, detected by certificates or practical application in previous activities. German language skills in word and writing – the minimum requirement is language level C1 to GER.
