Structural and shell construction calculator (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consulting for specialists and executives, is looking for a calibrator of construction and construction (m/w/d) in permanent position.

Our client is an established, medium-sized construction company and part of a family-run group of companies headquartered in Schweinfurt. As a complete provider for construction and construction services, the company implements sophisticated projects for private and public contractors.

We are looking for an experienced Calculator (m/w/d) in the field of high-tech and engineering construction, which is responsible for demanding costing projects and at the same time is interested in developing modern and model-based costing processes. A well-established team, a structured integration and an almost completely digitally set work environment awaits you.

Own costing and supply processing of demanding construction measures in high and engineering construction Examination and evaluation of tender documents and independent determination of the costing bases Development of special economic proposals and offers Creation of project schedules and support of project teams in the supply and execution phase Accompanying the projects from the supply phase to the transfer to the building management Costing challenging projects for public and private clients with project volumes typically between approx. 5 and 10 million € and partly up to approx. € 25 million Active participation in the further development of digital and model-based calculation with RIB iTWO and Revit

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification – your relevant practical experience is crucial. Multiannual, ideally at least five years of current professional experience in the calculation of a raw or Construction companies Found experience in the independent costing and supply processing of high and/or engineering projects Safe handling of VOB, MS Office and common calculation programs; Knowledge of RIB iTWO are desirable Knowledge of Revit, BIM or model-based 3D calculation are advantageous, but no requirement – the openness to develop in this area is important Self-employed, structured and economically oriented working methods as well as team skills, communication strength and responsibility
