As an architect (m/w/d), you are part of the Optima Group. Whether Finance, IT, Legal, Marketing or Personnel - we act together as a headquarters for our four business units and actively shape the strategic and operational orientation of the group of companies.

As a member of the team, you will develop, plan and implement nationwide construction projects that range from smaller rebuilding measures to complex new construction projects (performance phase 1-8 according to HOAI) You also take care of the design/internal architecture, always keep in mind the costs of planned measures and advise the internal clients on all questions Regular coordination with external planning offices, construction and service organisations as well as authorities and experts is one of your tasks, as is the definition of the necessary planning tasks and the coordination of internal parties to the company.
