Employee Receivables Management - Insolvency Proceedings / Dunning / Enforcement (m/w/d)

We are a medium-sized leasing company that specializes in leasing of all kinds of mobile goods, such as rides and other exhibitors, new and used cars, trucks and buses, machines of all kinds, inland waterways and small aircraft. We advise our customers on all their investment projects. You are in close contact with our customers: inside and shape individual contracts for these You initiate the settlement of non-performing credit commitments by agreeing amended agreements with customers, accompanying the dunning and, if necessary, introducing legal steps You are responsible for the receivables management by preparing reminders, conducting corresponding discussions and guaranteeing installments You process insolvency proceedings and accompany the process of enforcement You organize the seizure and recovery of damages from our customers

You have completed an apprenticeship as a lawyer:r or a legal degree - You are welcome as a professional beginner, as long as you bring the relevant educational background You have good knowledge and professional experience in dunning and enforcement as well as in insolvency law You bring business understanding and have a good understanding of complex issues You bring a lot of empathy and show problem-solving skills, as well as rich ideas You have certain knowledge of German in word and writing at C1 level
