The Technical Division (TD) is the technical centrepiece of the HPA with more than 600 employees. As an expert in technical port infrastructure, we provide reliable, economical and innovative services in partnership with our customers. In our infrastructure projects, areas are developed, dikes are adapted and sophisticated earth-building measures are implemented. Right here you bring your technical strength.

Our heart beats for the Port of Hamburg, which connects us! You take over the overall responsibility for a complex infrastructure project in the Port of Hamburg over all phases of the project. In doing so, you perform the building function and tax costs, dates, quality and risks. Interdisciplinary project teams guide you professionally and ensure a targeted cooperation between all project participants. External engineering and planning offices coordinate and control over the entire project. In line with HPA's corporate goals, you develop project strategies and implement them successfully. National and pan-European award procedures prepare you, coordinate their implementation and accompany them until completion. Contracts, supplements and claims management processes are taxing you foresighting and solution-oriented. As a central contact person, you communicate with authorities, contractors and other internal and external project participants and develop sustainable solutions for demanding project challenges.

You have completed a scientific university degree (Master or Dipl.-Ing. Univ.) in civil engineering or a comparable subject. Multiannual experience in the management, control or implementation of complex construction or infrastructure projects is already taking you along. Funded knowledge in project management is characterized by you. Ideally, you have a qualification or certification in project management. In the building, contract and contract law, you move safely. Controlling costs, appointments and risks is part of your professional craftsmanship. Even in demanding voting situations, you communicate with the address and successfully bring together different interests. Your own initiative, sense of responsibility and decision-making influence your way of working.

Your compensation & additional offers: Remuneration takes place according to pay group 13 TV-AVH (63.000,00 € - 89.000,00 €).
