In your role as employee (m/w/d) in process quality assurance, you implement the quality management system in production and drive its continuous improvement You take responsibility for complaint processing in your area and ensure quick and sustainable problem solving Its task is to ensure quality-relevant methods such as 8D, SPC, R&R studies, ESD and processability analyses, as well as compliance with standards according to DIN EN ISO 9001 You analyze and evaluate relevant quality data and derive measures to improve them Initiate and accompany change processes together with interdisciplinary teams and actively contribute to the further development of our production quality You conduct field and method audits and document the results transparently

Qualification: completed vocational training in the metal or electrical industry or as a mechatronic (m/w/d); a further development to the technician (m/w/d) is advantageous Know-how: Professional experience in quality management, especially in complaint processing and implementation of internal audits Knowledge of quality management methods and systems (DIN EN ISO 9000 ff.), safe handling of SAP and MS Office Nice to have: Additional Qualifications in Quality Management and Experience with VPS Methods Language knowledge: German and English knowledge in word and writing Personality: Impressed communication skills, organizational skills and careful working; Team spirit and the ability to actively accompany changes
