In your role, you analyze and optimize business processes in insurance – supported by KPIs and a clear dashboard. You plan, coordinate and guide organizational and IT-related optimization projects together with internal and external stakeholders. You create, document, and develop expert concepts together with BO and IT. When testing new technical applications, you take responsibility – including coordination of fault management via a central point of contact. As a Product Owner, you accompany the application of the subject editing and actively promote technical target images and releases. With your participation in change processes, you will strengthen the end-to-end infrastructure and promote a positive change culture in the company.

You have completed a degree in economics, business informatics with good success or a comparable qualification – supplemented by certification in process or project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma). In the analysis, optimization and management of business processes, you bring multi-year professional experience, ideally in insurance or occupational retirement. You master methods from process and project management and use modern data analysis tools specifically for decision support. Very good Excel skills characterize you, experiences with Excel-VBA are an additional plus – number affinity belongs to your profile. Your work is structured and analytical; You solve problems in a targeted manner and can also represent complex relationships in a comprehensible way. You are convinced by team skills, safe occurrence, agile thinking and entrepreneurial action – your German skills correspond to the C2 level.
