Friendly welcome and first contact for participants, seminar leaders and guests Receipt and transfer of concerns, questions and feedback – personal, telephone and email Friendly and solution-oriented communication – even in lively moments Organisation and processing of administrative procedures, e.g. providing seminar documents Creating and updating internal overviews and lists for sequence coordination Edit notifications and care of address and participant data Creating bills for accommodation and catering

Management and coordination of our online seminars: contact with seminar leaders, preparation and refurbishment of online appointments and administrative support for participants Development opportunities in marketing and social media, depending on interest and experience
