Responsible for the need-oriented planning of production and service providers in close coordination with the departments Ensuring uniform and continuous capacity utilization taking into account the optimal stock Ensuring customer service according to time, taking into account the availability of materials, personnel and equipment and monitoring of external services Active participation in planning and production meetings Regular matching of the order portfolio with the customer service (sales) and processing of the appointment requests as well as the timely communication to the CS hubs via the Sales Order Cockpit Coordination with project management to control sample needs

Successfully completed studies (ideally in the field of BWL, logistics, supply chain or engineering), as an alternative technical or commercial training to the technician (m/w/x), master (m/w/x) or specialist (m/w/x) Professional experience in production planning and/or production control, ideally in an industrial company focusing on injection moulding Good knowledge of the ERP system SAP as well as safe handling of MS Office, ideally experience with APO production plan table Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, good knowledge in another foreign language desirable Analytical Competence and Targeted Operation Good communication skills, stress tolerance and reliability
