Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As a senior quality engineer, Werksberatung (w/m/div.) are available as a permanent member of your assigned SE (Simultaneous Engineering) team of technology, process and plant experts in all aspects of quality management as a contact person. In your SE team you represent the quality department of the plant and ensure that the business processes are adhered to and the necessary quality methods are applied correctly. In addition, you will run the team through the error setting process and support in the case of special releases, evaluate the quality situation with regard to the technology platform of your SE team and bring this knowledge to your SE team and the existing quality assurance elements, for example FMEA's. Your tasks include the methodological support of the SE team for changes and releases of production processes and specification documents. In addition, you will be active in exchange with the Quality Department at Reutlingen and build a network into the Mobility Electronics organization and, if necessary, will bind the Q method experts and provide information on the continuous improvement of the methods.

Education: Completed university studies (Diplom / Master) of a scientific or technical course Experiences: Multiannual experience with processes of ASIC/power semiconductor production to 300mm wafers and assembly processes; Ability to understand the design of technology and product-specific design elements in the semiconductor manufacturing process and to evaluate the impact of deviations on the product performance; control of problem-solving techniques (e.g. 5x WHY, Kepner-Tregoe, DRBFM, FT analysis); Knowledge 8D method in project work and moderation as well as application-wide knowledge of risk assessment methods Personality: cooperative and communicative, team-capable, flexible, resilient, solution-oriented, conflictable Languages: good German and English skills
