Campaigns & Events: Design, planning and accompanying innovative employer branding initiatives, trade fair appearances and (virtual) university and recruiting events Content Management: Create and maintain content for social media channels, career website and career platforms (e.g. Kununu) Service provider control: Coordinating external agencies and service providers, including photo and video productions for image and computing purposes Measurement of success: raising, maintaining and documenting key figures on the effectiveness of measures (range, commitment, number of applicants) Administration & Planning: Leading the event and communication plan as well as handling administrative tasks (orders, accounting, bookings)

Education: Completed vocational training (focus on marketing, communication), a three-year vocational training in the HR/marketing environment with corresponding training or a comparable qualification Professional experience: Funded experience in personal marketing, employer branding or corporate communication, as well as in support of social media tools and content management systems IT- & language skills: Secure handling of MS Office (in particular PowerPoint) as well as knowledge of German and very good English in word and writing Personality: Creative eye for modern design and editorial staff, strong organisational and communication strength as well as a key figures and process understanding
