Be part of our global team: You make the difference – YOU MAKE US The Customer Services & Parts division is responsible for the worldwide service and parts business for Mercedes-Benz Trucks. Within the area, our department is responsible for the International Pannendienst “Service24H” and provides quick help in numerous countries with clearly defined processes and the control of external service providers. Within the department, the Planning and Analytics team is responsible for defining, collecting and analyzing all relevant key figures used in the end-to-end process. They serve as an important influence for the daily business of the department in the control of service providers and markets, the collection of the quality of after-sales services and the support before customers: both as well as the strategic orientation of the department and after-sales services. Our processes and data give you an insight into the complete after-sales scope at Mercedes-Benz Trucks. Together with us, you will discover the possibilities of artificial intelligence in data analysis. Based on your interests and knowledge, we create an exciting and varied internship program with you from the following topics, where you can use your full creativity: Participation in the implementation of acceptances and checks on quality assurance in our projects Create status reports and presentations for the project team and management Own-sponsored takeover of activities in our team's versatile day-to-day business in the fields of data analytics, reporting, IT and forecasting. EInige Examples: Design modern Power BI solutions – from conception to development of interactive dashboards Override responsibility in the interface between markets and reporting– analyse enquiries, coordinate votes and support in the development of practical solutions Data with meaningfulness: Analyze business data, derive concrete measures and visually prepare them Work closely with our Product Owners – support in creating requirements, accompany tests and bring your ideas into the design of new features

Current studies in Data Analytics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics or a related subject First experiences with data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL, Python) are of advantage Interest in new technologies (AI, ML, Data-Mesh, GenAI, etc.) as well as in dealing with numbers and their economic significance High commitment and good analytical skills and a structured and independent working Teamability and Communication Strength Very good knowledge of German and English Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
