Perception of rights and obligations arising from management and maintenance contracts Repairs and new installations for sanitary and heating systems – if necessary also for ventilation systems Maintenance and maintenance of water supply and water disposal systems with shafts, rain and dirt water channels, drainage lines, upper and lower-floor hydraulics, lifting systems and water filters Testing and maintenance of separators for light liquids (fat and petrol separators) Maintenance and maintenance of the toilet facilities (e.g. the function of electronic urinal rinsers), sparperlators, electrical sub-tents, etc. Removal of piping blockages Implementation of roofing activities Cleaning and repair of roof drainage systems Support of the company master in hygiene in drinking water installation according to VDI directive 6023 Removal (also short-term) of water and waste water disorders Consultation of users and their instruction in the operation of the devices or Systems Implementation and support for tasks outside the factory, e.g. Control of the execution of orders by third parties/firms (company controlling)

Qualification: Graduated vocational training as plant mechanic/plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning (w/m/d) or previous occupations (e.g. central heating, ventilation, ventilation, ventilation [w/m/d] or gas and water-installer [w/m/d]) Competences: Professional experience in at least one of the trades Good knowledge of building and operating technology User knowledge of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Other: driving licence category BE and the willingness to carry out service vehicles independently Ready for business trips and for the execution of the above-mentioned tasks Willingness to accept readiness – also at weekends (24/7) Willingness to participate in one-day and multi-day training events throughout the federal territory readiness to verify safety Federal Security Review Act (SÜG) Physical/health fitness Height-fitness for work at heights up to 10 m Willingness to activities of cross-sector organisations Green, careful and reliable procedures Good organisational skills Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, target-oriented and safe even with increased workflows Good communication skills Customer-/address-oriented behaviour Ability to team-oriented action, critique Good judgment
