You are responsible for the construction management, as well as for testing and billing of construction services in housing construction. You develop and calculate maintenance measures, energetic modernisation measures and roof lap and roof structures. You are responsible for the determination and enforcement of warranty claims against contractors. You will process rental declarations regarding the construction measures. You cooperate with authorities and planning offices. You control service providers and contract partners. You shall ensure the economic implementation of the construction measures. You guarantee the owner's interests as a local representative.

You have completed a study of civil engineering or architecture. You can demonstrate first professional experience in the construction management of construction projects, preferably in existence. You have knowledge of the SAP ERP 6.0 and Microsoft Office application systems. You work independently, systematically and well organized. You have a safe occurrence and negotiation skills in handling our customers. You are customer- and cost-oriented. You have practical experience in construction crafts. You are ready to travel to a small extent
