Leadership, motivation and further development of an interdisciplinary development team Responsibility for the development of innovative orthopaedic products, from the first idea to series maturity Application and development of modern development methods such as design thinking, rapid prototyping and user-centric product development Early recognition and evaluation of new technologies, materials and manufacturing processes translate user and market needs into innovative product concepts Promoting a culture of testing, learning and continuous improvement Close cooperation with product management, production, medicine, quality and other internal and external partners Ensuring structured, efficient and targeted project implementation
