You lead and develop your renovation team and ensure a climate where work is fun and goals are achieved

You control hotel renovations from the first planning to the final handover to the technical colleagues on site

You have costs, dates and qualities in your hands and report transparently on progress and budgets

You digitize workflows and structure core processes to make us a piece more productive every day

You are the interface between Head Office, hotel managers and external partners to achieve the best result together

A craft or technical training (e.g. as a carpenter) and several years of experience in the construction or project management

You know yourself in interior design, shop construction or renovations; ideally you have already gained experience in the hotel industry

You are a strong communication personality that can create structures and motivate a team to top performance

Terms such as fire protection, operator obligations or FF&E are not foreign words for you, but part of your toolbox

You love being on the go (high readiness) and find a solution-oriented answer for every challenge
