Discipline and professional management of the Finance & Fund Controlling Team with six direct reports Responsibility for the administration of up to 60 Venture Capital & Private Equity Funds as well as direct investments (closed special AIFs) Responsibility for the quarterly creation of fund and investor reports Responsibility for preparing accounting, annual accounts and tax returns, as well as interface to the investment team, external tax advisors and auditors Responsibility for regulatory reporting (including BaFin and Bundesbank) Responsibility for the liquidity management of fund companies, creation of capital retrievals and distributions First contact person for investor requests Project management for process automation and the introduction of new IT systems and cross-border project coordination within the Lennertz & Co. Group

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, BWL or similar field. Ideally, at least 5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, fund administration/controlling, corporate finance, investment banking and/or audit Ideally at least 2 years of experience in leading teams High design will and the ability to continuously develop existing processes Careful operation and pronounced organizational skills High customer and service orientation, communication strength and team-oriented working High readiness for learning and performance as well as rapid understanding Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel flowing English skills in word and writing
