Customer service: You serve and advise our customers on the fresh meat counter (meat, sausage, cheese, fish) Organization: You represent the department manager and organize the processes behind the counter as well as personnel planning Creative goods presentation: You present the goods appealing in the fresh counter Disposition: The demand-oriented goods order as well as a look for trends complete your area of responsibility

Education: You have training as a meatmaker, butcher, seller, retailer, cook or comparable Leadership experience: You understand leading and motivating a team Experience and knowledge: Ideally, you have leadership experience in the field of operating counters or another area in food retailing Cross-catchers: also cross-catchers with a commercial background or chefs are welcome and will be taught by us
