Construction manager in the field of building construction / turnkey construction (m/f/d)

Own-responsible building management: You control and manage our predominantly regional construction projects in turn-key housing, administration, industrial and commercial construction, from construction procurement planning to the coordination and management of your own personnel and after-contractors to the customer. Competent respondent: You communicate with builders and other project participants. Knowledge and Process Management: You actively support us in the further development of our processes (e.g. BIM).

Graduate in the Department of Civil Engineering / Architecture or a comparable degree as a technician (m/w/d) Professional experience in the construction management of turnkey projects, ideally using agile methods such as Lean Construction Valid driving class B Flexibility, commitment, sense of responsibility, communication and team skills Self-employed as well as project and target-oriented work
