Your task area

• After incorporation in accordance with the previous knowledge, independent implementation of vitreo-retinal procedures (including pars-plana vitrectomy, macular and retina surgery)
• further development and co-design of the operating spectrum in the area of the rear eye sections
• Instruction and training of assistant physicians in surgery and clinical care
• Interdisciplinary cooperation within the university environment
• Active participation in clinical trials and scientific projects
• Participation in student teaching and further education

Your profile

• Medical certificate for ophthalmology
• detectable first surgical experience in vitreo-retinal surgery
• Scientific interest with existing publications
• Clearly formulated goal of a habilitation and corresponding scientific perspective
• High professional competence, responsibility and team skills
• Structured, independent and patient-oriented mode of operation
