Technical Writer / Instructor (m/f/d)

As a technical editor/trainer (m/w/d) you take the following tasks: You describe the function, operation and maintenance of the products of TKMS ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH in a target group-oriented manner. In addition, you train the staff of our customers in theory and practice in handling our products. You support the planning, structuring, control and development of technical documentation using current standards and guidelines as well as specific customer requirements. Here, you tune content of the technical documentation with participating departments and note the technical, formal and linguistic accuracy. On the basis of the documentation, you set up training documents and then carry out the training independently for different target groups. You will ensure the topicality and correctness of documented and trained content through continuous cooperation with product development and independent research activities. This allows you to help develop existing content and improve it continuously.

You have a completed, technology-oriented study with first professional experience or a technical training with multi-year, practical experience. Ideally, you are familiar with electrical equipment of the marine armaments industry and experience from the marine. You can quickly and independently work into the functioning of electrical systems. Good knowledge of MS Office programs and ERP systems are assumed. You are characterized by analytical thinking, self-initiative and the willingness to take responsibility. You prove your communicative skills in team work and supplement them with very good teaching knowledge. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing are of course for you. The willingness to occasional national and international missions will take you along.
