Head of IT Infrastructure and Information Security, IT, Digital Solutions and Central Services (m/f/d)

You run the subject area “IT infrastructure and information security” with ten employees and take over personnel, organisational, budget and earnings responsibility. You strategically develop architecture, platforms, standards and technology roadmaps to ensure the economic and sustainable operation of the IT infrastructure. You plan and manage the IT budget and keep in mind the cost-effectiveness of ongoing operations and necessary investments. You are responsible for the technical information security, in particular risk, vulnerability and incident management, as well as the further development of suitable security measures. You control complex infrastructure and security projects including risk, change, quality and stakeholder management. You are responsible for procurement and procurement and control external service providers with agreed services, quality standards and appointments. You advise the management and department management as well as the departments in basic IT issues and represent the subject area in committees, working groups and steering rounds.

Of advantage is if you... know the structures and processes of public administration, possess knowledge of BSI-oriented procedures or ISO 27001; have additional qualifications in the field of IT security or project management and agile working methods (e.g. SCRUM).
