Own-responsible takeover, examination and complete implementation of commercial leases Technical verification, if necessary Correction of existing contractual changes Detection and maintenance of rental contract master data in real estate ERP systems (e.g. realax, SAP RE-FX) Ensuring the implementation of all contractual arrangements in the ERP system Creation, testing and execution of rental bills, indexing, sales renting bills and management of rental securities Active receivable management including Renter account maintenance, payment entrance examination, dunning and clarification of debitoral facts Coordination with internal areas of expertise and communication with tenants

Completed commercial training (immobility or legal background of advantage) Multiannual, relevant professional experience in lease management, property management or comparable property functions Very safe handling of real estate ERP systems (e.g. realax, SAP RE-FX or comparable) Embossed understanding of rental contracts, number logics and systemic relationships Self-employed, structured working within clearly defined technical requirements Motivation arises from the technical quality and reliability of your own work results Teamability and readiness to integrate with consistent compliance with defined processes and responsibilities High reliability and sense of responsibility as well as the willingness to make additional use if necessary
