Support in monitoring the proper implementation of the internal corporate governance framework Coordination of all important, planned meetings with stakeholders and markets including ensuring a clear meeting structure and careful documentation Ensure that the strategic objectives are coordinated/followed and that the measures taken from the meetings are properly implemented by the business units Support of Senior Manager and Corporate Projects for product and brand releases Acquisition of Ad-hoc tasks from CFO and Corporate Functions

Complete studies in the field of business management, financial science or comparable At least 3 years of practical professional experience in an international headquarters /Corporate environment, ideally in banking or finance Good understanding of corporate governance and approval processes Impressed communication capability at all levels of an international organisation Strengths in organization, structure and entrepreneurship as well as an agile mindset flowing English skills in word and writing
