Telephone and personal IT support for our factory IT and production systems on site at Vöhringen Administration of users in IT systems over the entire life cycle Procurement, installation and configuration of PCs, printers and mobile devices Support in the operation of local infrastructure in close cooperation with teammates at the central locations Inventory and documentation of IT systems and processes Administrative support of various hardware and software systems in the production environment

Very good knowledge of PC hardware, communication and network technology as well as current Windows operating systems Experience in the operation of systems and terminals in the production environment Good handling of the Microsoft-365 package Flexible, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation as well as a pronounced understanding of service, coupled with team capacity Language knowledge in English and German (C1 level) driving licence class B
