In your role as Senior Business Controller (m/w/d), you contribute significantly to the planning, control and further development of selected areas of expertise. As a commercial Sparring partner, you support the responsible executives in business matters and create transparency about the economic performance of the supervised areas. In particular, you take over the following tasks: Business Partner for selected central operations units Implementation and coordination of budget, forecast and medium-term planning Supporting management in strategic and operational decisions through sound analyses and recommendations for action Creation of management reports, presentations and decision documents Implementation of target-actual analyses and identification of optimization and efficiency potentials Development of KPIs, reporting structures and controlling instruments Management of and participation in projects

Complete study of the Department of Business Administration or Economics Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally in the production or industrial environment Impressed analytical and conceptual functioning as well as high affinity for numbers and processes Safe handling of ERP, BI and reporting systems as well as very good Excel knowledge Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation High communication and coordination capability as well as joy in cooperation with different stakeholders Very good knowledge of German and English
