You are responsible for cross-departmental and international projects and processes and lead them to success You control projects from planning to successful implementation You prepare well-founded decision-making bases for the leadership team and support strategic decisions You plan and moderate workshops on the development of new concepts and improvement strategies You conduct process analysis and implement optimization measures to increase efficiency You take on the introduction of new processes and methods in the company

You have a degree in business management, engineering, or a comparable qualification You bring professional experience in process management, consulting, project management and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously You have the pleasure of actively shaping changes and working together across departments and bringing a structured and solution-oriented approach to understanding complex processes and relationships. You think logical-analytical and conceptual and work independently You have a very good moderation, and communication skills as well as a safe occurrence before different target groups You are an excellent networker and have fun to “connect” Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other foreign languages of advantage Occasionally readiness to travel
