Own-responsible management and implementation of monthly pay and salary accounting for a defined responsibility area (approximately 300 employees) Contact person in labour law and billing relevant questions for employees and managers Processing of onboarding and offboarding processes, maintenance of the time recording system Taxing the recruiting process, creating job profiles with the departments, switching job advertisements HR project work

Commercial training, with training in the field of personnel management You bring first professional experience from the staff sector Knowledge of the application “DATEV staff” are desirable Basic knowledge of labour law should be available You act independently, structured and absolutely discrete Secure handling of MS-Office (Word & Excel) as well as good German skills are required Team spirit and social competence complete your profile
