Senior People & Business Partner

As Senior People & Business Partner (m/w/d), you are a strategic business partner*in for executives of a defined C area. You translate business goals and specific area requirements into P&C requirements and accompany central people and organizational topics with high business relevance. In particular, Advising and supporting leaders on strategic people and organizational issues – focusing on concrete decision-making and implementation situations identify people and organizational topics in business at an early stage and develop pragmatic solutions together with executives and P&C interfaces control and implement central people and organization processes, in particular in the areas of organization design, reorganisation, workforce planning and performance, compensation and talent management Accompanying change processes and actively controlling complex stakeholder configurations Coaching executives in their leadership role and supporting them in building powerful and future-oriented teams work closely with P&C interfaces such as Recruiting, Total Rewards and Legal, and co-shaping practical P&C instruments and standards

Successfully completed studies focusing on staff, business, psychology or a comparable qualification You have several years of experience as Senior People / HR Business Partner or in a comparable strategic P&C role – ideally in a dynamic, international environment You bring well-founded experience in managing and implementing strategic and operational people and organizational issues and can translate concrete business requirements into pragmatic P&C solutions Safe handling in the savings ring with executives, you will find sustainable solutions in the given framework and can design and perform workshops as well as exchange formats in a targeted manner You convince with pronounced stakeholder management, high consulting skills and the ability to develop sustainable solutions even in complex situations You work structured, analytical and self-responsively and bring topics together with executives and P&C interfaces effectively into implementation You don't meet all the requirements, do you think the place fits exactly with you?
