Own-responsible settlement of current lease accounting and payment transactions Complete the account clarification /-determination incl. Executing the Mahnhood in coordination with the Property Managers Creation of monthly reporting to customers Competent contact for asset management, tenants and specialist departments Active participation in the initiation and execution of process optimizations

Successfully completed commercial training as well as professional experience, ideally focusing on accounting or real estate High level of self-motivation and team capacity as well as pronounced number affinity and very good analytical thinking capability Reliable, careful and timely work Joy in taking responsibility for a defined real estate portfolio together in a dedicated team IT affinity and routined handling of MS-Office
