Use synergies: You intelligently interlink direct-search mandates with the multiposting and e-recruiting solutions of our sister company Personalwerk to provide customers with holistic occupation strategies from a single source. End-to-end mandate responsibility: You control direct-search projects independently – from the creation of detailed target company lists and request profiles, through qualified suitability interviews to successful occupation. Advising clients at eye level: You serve your customers as a reliable partner throughout the direct-search process, deliver real-time market feedback and present meaningful candidate experiences. Process management: You control the feedback loops between customer and candidate and ensure first-class candidate and client experience.

Experience in the Direct Search: Multi-annual well-founded professional experience in a personal consulting or executive-search boutique with a clear focus on direct address, headhunting and active sourcing. Professional in the first address: Detectable methodology and negotiation skills in the targeted addressing and the acquisition of intermotivated specialists and executives. Understanding the overall recruitment market: Joy in the combination of data-based multiposting (via personal work) and targeted direct address (via Kraft von Wantoch). Communication & Performance Strength: Sovereign, Empathic appearance, Endurance in Direct Language as well as a high quality and service requirement.
