Part of training on site at ALD: After completion of your training, you can assemble assemblies and components to machines and systems and read and understand technical plans Programming and configuration of mechatronic systems Your technical know-how is deepened and promoted by practical work directly at our plants About 8 months of your training, you also enroll in our joint training company Heraeus

Theoretical training in the vocational school: At the Ludwig-Geissler-Schule in Hanau, you will learn a well-founded basic knowledge in subject-specific and general education subjects. You visit the vocational school every two weeks on three days
