Assistant Category Manager - Fleisch (m/f/d)

Daily business: business management of product groups and assortment design and optimization and processing of price baskets/ price comparisons. Control: preparation, management and documentation of annual talks and under-year negotiations with suppliers as well as recognition and implementation of market trends. Responsibility: Implementation of tenders / eSourcing and responsibility for the care of purchase and sales prices as well as of suppliers and product listings. Communication: Contact person for our large markets and industrial partners, Representation of the Category Manager and visit of national and international trade fairs. Routine: compilation and evaluation of statistics / analyses.

Education: Successfully completed studies with relevant professional experience in trade. Skills: High commodity affinity and enthusiasm for one or more “food” groups of goods, ideally meat and strong communication skills, coupled with enforcing and safe occurrence. IT: Very good PC knowledge in handling MS Office and goods management systems. Language: German language skills (C2) and good English skills (B1/B2). Personality: Embossed organisational capacity and high team capacity, strategic and analytical competence, especially in market and competition observation with focused customer orientation.
