Tasks at KS

• Own management of the operational area and staff
• Conduct negotiations with contracting entities, authorities, planners and subcontractors
• Strategic planning and development of the area
• Capacity and resource planning
• Support of colleagues in the building management
• Motivating leadership of the team

• A completed study in the field of civil engineering or alternatively a completed training as a construction technician (m/w/d)
