Our partner develops, produces and sells high-quality valves for refrigeration and air conditioning. Thanks to a modern machine park, innovative manufacturing processes and a pronounced production depth, future-oriented solutions for national and international customers are created at the site in Thuringia.

Head of Product Development (m/w/d) Altenburg This is your job in the future • Professional and disciplinary leadership of the product development team (currently 5 employees) • Promotion, motivation and further development of employees • Management of development and optimization projects and active cooperation in the project business • Responsibility for the development and development of products and assemblies (e.g. valves) for refrigeration and air conditioning • Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, guidelines and customer specifications • Creation, maintenance and further development of technical documentation, specifications and production documents • Performance of product and cost optimization across the entire product life cycle • Close cooperation with customers, suppliers and internal departments
