Since our founding in 2016, we are now represented as an emergency supply service for beverages and food in almost all of Germany's metropolitan regions. In order to fulfill our mission, we are looking for a:n Junior Project Manager Real Estate (m/w/d), who supports us with commitment and a structured way of working in securing and expanding our site network.

Junior Project Manager (m/w/d)

You plan and tax the budget and timely execution of site openings and relocations of our warehouses& logistics sites Smaller projects, such as conversion measures and optimizations within our warehouse locations, are also coordinated by you You communicate and coordinate the project progress, internally and externally, from project start to completion and document the individual steps You work closely with our specialist areas such as warehousing, supply chain and marketing, and conduct cross-departmental project teams to successfully implement projects You agree with landlords, authorities and service providers, get offers and accompany negotiations

You have successfully completed a degree in BWL, real estate management or a comparable area You bring first experience in project management, ideally in real estate projects You work structured, self-initiative and take responsibility for projects, communicate safely with stakeholders and bring negotiation skills with you You are safe in handling MS Office, especially Excel, and can create project plans and manage projects You have a class B licence and are ready to travel
