Care for customers & expand business: You take care of a firm customer portfolio in the housing industry, strengthen existing business relationships and develop new opportunities – focusing on sustainable, long-term partnerships. Structure financing: You analyze customer needs and develop tailor-made credit and financing solutions, including the integration of funding loans and coordination with internal departments. Preparing for negotiation and conclusion: You conduct challenging customer discussions, prepare credit decisions and accompany negotiations until the final structuring – together with our internal experts. Checking loans & preparing decisions: You're reviewing credit applications, first order templates, within the scope of your credit competencies and make sure that all relevant risk and compliance requirements are taken into account. Teamwork & Interface Management: You work closely with credit risk, market success, product and service units to ensure efficient processes and customer-oriented solutions. Promoting projects: You actively participate in projects for the further development of our credit business, our processes and our products – and bring your practical experience to advance improvements. Flexibility: You are flexible in use – for customer appointments on site, in our locations Berlin or Wiesbaden or in mobile work.

Successful study of an economics discipline or a bank or commercial training Multiannual experience in credit or corporate customer business, ideally with points of contact with the housing industry and its financing parameters Practice in dealing with real estate or corporate loans as well as initial insights into syndications are a plus A good understanding of compliance, risk and security requirements in the credit business as well as in payment transactions already brings you First leadership experience, e.g. in projects or as a specialist contact, is welcome, but no need You work out with common banking applications and digital tools Your readiness to travel within Germany is of course yours Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing complete your profile
