Legal monitoring with evaluation and derivation of needs for action for the obligated companies of HUK-COBURG (Group) Conception, creation/updating and coordination of internal GwG risk analyses Independent cooperation with Abt. Law & Compliance and other units in GwG-relevant matters Report preparation and reimbursement to the money laundering officer or to the Department of Law & Compliance Participation in the Working Group on the Prevention of Money Laundering (GdV) Analysis of suspected cases including preparation for transfer to the competent authority Support for GWG-relevant process optimization/harmonization for all units and companies in the Group and internal and external audits

Completed studies for the economic lawyer or a completed state exam (Diplom-Jurist:in) Experience in Compliance Responsibility and willingness to decide High capacity for persuasion and enforcement (e.g. at status sessions) Embossed resilience and conflictability as well as analytical skills Embossed trustworthiness, loyalty, reliability and discretion Ready for business trips
