Commercial Assistant Sales Office International (m/f/d)

You enter our existing customers in southern Europe and south-western Europe in partnership, service-oriented and with a fine sense of cultural features and market potential. You continuously develop existing business relationships. Together with our external service, you are actively working to strengthen our sales success in countries such as Spain, Portugal, Italy and France. You control international orders on your own – from the acquisition to the coordination with internal interfaces to the timely execution – and always take into account country-specific requirements. You process complaints professionally, solution-oriented and in close cooperation with the specialist departments involved to ensure high customer satisfaction. International trade fairs in your region will provide you with structured and developed contacts consistently with long-term and successful business relationships.

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification in the area of sales, wholesale and foreign trade or export. You have several years of experience in the sales service – ideally in wholesale, catering or in the international environment. Ideally, you have already gained experience in export processing and know yourself with customs topics, incoterms and international shipping processes. The safe handling of ERP and CRM systems as well as MS Office is obvious to you. You have very good German and English skills in word and writing as well as good language skills in Spanish, French or Italian. You are convinced by a strong customer and service orientation and are delighted to actively support international markets. You have intercultural competence and a good understanding of the peculiarities of southern European markets. You work structured, self-responsive and solution-oriented and you are characterized by a high level of organization. Team spirit, communication strength and a safe occurrence in telephone sales complete your profile.
