In this position, you maintain a firm customer object and provide together with colleagues to ensure that the Building technology works smoothly on site.

Your duties

• Monitoring of boilers and turbines

• Implementation of maintenance, inspections and Maintenance services

• troubleshooting and removal

• Safety and functional checks

• Creation of documentation and reports

Your profile

• Complete vocational training as a plant mechanic HKLS, Mechatronics for refrigeration, central heating and ventilator, gas and water heater (w/m/d) or one comparable qualification from the main works

• Professional experience in facility management, building technology, house technology or in cross-sector areas such as electric, Heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary and fire protection

• Self-employed, structured working and joy in Teamwork

• Good knowledge of German in word and writing

• Willingness to participate in the call readiness service (incl. additional remuneration)

• Class B licence
