Preparation of our breakfast and lunch dishes – from classics to modern own creations Creativity of the menu together with the kitchen team Pre- and post-processing of the kitchen (Mise-en-Place, goods intake, hygiene) Ensure quality, cleanliness and order throughout the kitchen area Cooperation with Service & Bar to offer our guests a harmonious experience
