• Full consultation of the associated company customers including the private concerns of the entrepreneurs • active involvement of co-managers (e.g. private banking), specialists (e.g. leasing, insurance, payment, foreign business) and the S financial concept • intrinsically motivated and structured customer response with the clear objective of increasing the coverage and commission contribution taking into account the cross-selling quota • Developing comprehensive financing concepts • Acquisition of new customers with corresponding yield potential • well-founded analysis of the actual economic situation of corporate customers (strength and weakness analysis of companies) and derivation of necessary measures • Assessment of the future prospects for success of companies (e.g. based on business plans) • active risk work, i.e. early detection of risk of default and derivation of corresponding action patterns • Competition monitoring in the respective regional sub-market • Market care and networking to strengthen the market position of the Sparkasse
